Already names sourcing and internet recruiting with Google+ As Yoda would say...”circles create you do…and, follow them...yes….But, search good first..yes….” I’ll make this (tentative) statement…easier than FB for doing this due to ability to (quickly) classify people into circles (after) better search ability.
